What we do

Deck Builders MN is a free service that passes homeowners' deck project requests to local builders. We are not a contractor and we do not do construction work.

Your contract is with the builder

Any estimate, contract, payment, warranty or dispute is between you and the builder. We do not guarantee a builder's price, schedule or work. Check the builder's license and insurance and get everything in writing before you sign.
